mbi666 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the mbi666 platform (available at mbi666.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces, collectively the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and mbi666 ("the Operator") with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Use of the mbi666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform.
2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of mbi666 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
4. You are acting as a principal and on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that has been clinically recognised, and you have not self-excluded from mbi666 or any other gaming platform within the preceding exclusion period.

mbi666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in suspension of account access until compliance is established.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) mbi666 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or unintentional — is a breach of these Terms. mbi666 will close duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void any transactions or balances associated with such accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi666 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mbi666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

mbi666 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

All financial transactions on the mbi666 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. mbi666 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions.

All funds deposited into your mbi666 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where a third party provides funds for your account — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. mbi666 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) hour of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

mbi666 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any withdrawal request it deems necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering purposes. Such checks may result in temporary holds on withdrawal processing.

All random number generator ("RNG") games are supplied by licensed third-party game developers and are certified by independent technical testing laboratories for fairness, randomness, and compliance with published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages. mbi666 does not modify game outcomes.

Live dealer games are conducted by certified croupiers in licensed studio environments. All live game streams are subject to monitoring. Any player conduct that disrupts the live environment — including abusive communication via in-game chat — may result in removal from the table and suspension of live casino access.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round — including disconnection, server error, or feed interruption — the affected round will be void and any stakes will be returned to the player's account. mbi666 will not be liable for any perceived winnings from interrupted game rounds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi666 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
2. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
4. Colluding with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an advantage.
5. Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts registered in a third party's name.
6. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
7. Attempting to access or access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
8. Engaging in or facilitating any form of arbitrage betting that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

mbi666 reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities and to retain any balance pending investigation. Findings may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the mbi666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of mbi666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbi666.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi666 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through participation in games or sports betting on the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or third-party provider failures.
• Any decisions made by the Player based on information or content available on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mbi666 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

You may request closure of your mbi666 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of a non-restricted account, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard KYC requirements.

mbi666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• mbi666 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that your continued access poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the mbi666 responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, mbi666 may forfeit any remaining account balance and void any pending bets or bonus credits.

Nothing in this clause shall limit mbi666's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

mbi666 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through first-line support, it may be escalated to the mbi666 compliance team for review. The decision of the compliance team shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any rights available under the applicable regulatory framework.

Players are advised to keep records of all communications with mbi666 support when pursuing a formal dispute. mbi666 maintains records of all account activity and support interactions for a period of no less than five (5) years in accordance with licensing requirements.
